Progression pics are a wonderful thing!
Since 17th January we have been photographing our new restaurant build (mainly because we are excited, but also a little nosey!)
As you can see the new feature roof is taking shape and despite the need for extra piling work and drains needing to be rebuilt, our plans are slowly coming to life!
We are creating a fantastic new bar area & planning cocktails as yummy as our Deli food classics!
Our new kitchen will not only accommodate lunch and dinner from our signature alternating menu (to be changed every 6 weeks), but will also have the ability to house our outside catering division.
Creating our “super-restaurant” through the joining of old and new will have to be put on hold for the moment, as unfortunately our Kickstarter campaign didn’t quite hit the mark.
Thank-you to every guest asking about our extension…it reinforces that our guests are just as excited as we are about our future! Our vision is to champion upcoming talent using our venue to team up with local colleges, and we are keen to get the ball rolling with this in Spring once we have the space. We aim to open the doors to our brand new bar & restaurant early May.
Check out our artist’s impressions of what the finished space will look like….
