Delifonseca Stanley Street are hosting 5 food talks, one to represent each year we have been open. Each talk will be accopmpanied by appropriate menus and will give you the opportunity to learn from the experts ( who make our jobs so much easier!)

Chase Distillery supply their unique range of English Vodkas (voted Worlds Best Vodka, 2010), Gin and stunning liqueurs to Delifonseca. Not content with creating the Tyrells crisp empire from his family's farm William Chase has moved into spirit alchemy uniquely growing, mashing, distilling and bottling it all on their own farm. This allows total control of the vodka making process, from seed to bottle.  Come and hear the story, taste the product and enjoy a complementary menu.
