A stalwart of the Liverpool restaurant scene. If you like food and you've lived in Liverpool over the last 20 years, chances are you'll have eaten one of Martin's meals. He was the man behind the original Armadillo Restaurant in the Cavern Quarter, the head chef at Number 7 Cafe for almost seven years (spooky!), opened Tabac after its refit and spent 18 months at London Carriage Works Brasserie. After all these years he's still passionate about food and can't wait to get the dining area open, where it will be strictly 'no towers or drizzles', just a changing menu of great tasting food and proper sized portions
